Tuesday - Friday Phones answered at 10:00 am and services begin 11:00 am.
Last services booked at 7:00 pm.
Saturday Phones are answered and services begin at 10:00 am.
Last services booked at 5:00 pm.
*We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and January 1st.


PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY...

Allow at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to sip a beverage
while you clear your mind for a luxurious experience.
Somata spa benefits are maximized when you arrive in time to prepare.


RELAXATION FOR ALL...

We love children and are happy to serve them as well.
However, we ask they join us only if they have an appointment.
Please contribute to everyone’s relaxation by refraining from cell phone use and speaking softly
while at Somata Spa. If calls are essential, we will provide you a private room for placing calls
or our Concierge will be happy to call your home or office with your messages
and take messages for you during your retreat.


APPOINTMENTS...

To ensure that your preferred time & therapist is always available to you,

we recommend you schedule your next appointment while checking out of Somata spa.


CANCELLATIONS...

A 24-hour notice of cancellation for individual spa service is required.
Cancellations made the same day as your appointment will result in cancellation charges.
Notification must be made no less than 48 hours in advance of any scheduled spa package
to cancel reservations without penalty.


*When holding a reservation with a gift certificate,
Failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a complete forfeiture of scheduled services.

GRATUITIES...

Gratuities are not included in our spa treatments or packages; but are appreciated.
You may place your gratuity in an envelope at the front desk.


GIFT CERTIFICATES...

Please present gift certificate at time of service.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates & cannot honor services without
original gift certificate. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, & cannot be redeemed for cash.
*All gift certificates expire one year after issue date.

After the expiration date, the gift certificate is subject to a 30% reduction of the total value.

Somata Spa serves Gourmet herbal teas,

French vanilla cappuccino, spiced cider,
bottled spring water or white zinfandel wine.


SPA APPAREL, WHAT TO WEAR...

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please refrain from bringing valuables to the spa.
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Some therapies do not require disrobing.
If you are not sure, ask our Concierge. Towels are provided for the steam sauna
& bathing suits are not necessary. We provide comfortable robes and slippers for men & women
while at Somata Spa. Hallways and common areas are used by both men and women.
To be sure to maintain your beautiful pedicure, Don’t forget your sandals.


AMENITIES...

Somata Spa offers a private shower & restroom.
Use our complimentary shampoos, soaps and lotions.
Hair dryers, razors, shower caps and other amenities are provided.


LUNCH SELECTIONS...

Some of our packages and corporate retreats include a luncheon.
Please advise the Concierge of any dietary requirements in advance.
Lunches for parties of three or more may be ordered 48 hours in advance.
